Granola
Supplies:
- 400 gr. oat flakes
- 100 gr. walnuts
- 100 gr. pecans
- 100 gr. almonds
- 100 gr. mixed kernels and seeds
- 50 ml. honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Throw everything on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake the granola for 15-20 minutes and stir halfway through
Tips
- Delicious with yogurt or cottage cheese.
- You can add some dried fruit if desired.
- I can store it in an airtight container for at least 2 weeks.
