Spinach beet salad

Supplies:

  • 100 gr. fresh spinach
  • 200 gr. beetroot
  • 100 gr. goat cheese
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

  • Make a dressing from the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Mix all ingredients together

Tips

Nice to take to work for lunch. Can be made the day before. Take the dressing separately and only add it when you are eating the salad.
